Our perspective and purpose

Based in Dunajská Streda(Slovakia), Jober s.r.o. has been present on the market since 2016. Our company offers temporary employment services throughout Europe. We are proud to be able to offer solutions to labour problems in seven countries. We are present on the Slovak, Hungarian, Serbian, German, Austrian, Dutch and Uzbek markets. To meet the needs of our partners to the maximum, we have recruitment offices in three countries in Europe: in Slovakia, Hungary and Serbia. Our aim is to ensure a long-term successful cooperation and to eliminate all recruitment problems. How do we want to achieve this? We provide a long-term and reliable service to all our partner companies, from small and medium-sized enterprises to market leaders. We handle administrative and personnel matters, saving time and costs for our partner companies and providing manpower within the timeframe specified by the partner company. In addition to keeping the requirements of our business partners in mind, we also take into account the interests of our employees.

The work commissioned by the contracted partner company is carried out by Jober employees on temporary assignment. We have already placed more than two thousand workers in various industry segments. We are present in logistics, automotive, food, agriculture and other segments. For us, and therefore for our employees, distance is not an obstacle, as we also provide accommodation and transport if required. Jober s.r.o. has its own cars, buses and a comfortable hostel, which serves as a perfect temporary home. What’s more, we also provide training for our employees, as our company also runs a free forklift driver training course. These solutions are designed to guarantee comfort and provide the necessary conditions for effective work.

All this is achieved by a cohesive and committed team, working together to ensure effective delivery. Our experts use professional methods to select the right people for the positions offered by companies. Each project is headed by a project manager or coordinator who liaises with the partner companies, facilitates communication between the two parties and is present at on-boarding. We believe that smooth communication is essential both in-house and outside. Our recruiters, HR department and project managers are in constant contact with each other and our company is in constant contact with our partner companies. Our three pillars are flexibility, speed and precision, because we believe that in today’s fast-paced world, these three qualities define the success of a company.
